Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We provide MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.

Can I fast charge my battery?

Fast charging is not recommended as it can be harmful to the battery's long-term health and performance.

Can I do a partial replacement of my battery banks?

Partial battery replacement of lead acid battery banks is not recommended. It is best to replace the entire set to ensure balanced performance.

What is the typical delivery time?

Usually about 7 days for stock products, around 20 days for half-container orders, and 30 days for 20ft full container products.

How should I maintain the VRLA battery during storage?

VRLA batteries should not be stored for more than 6 months at 25°C without recharging. In hot temperatures, it is recommended to recharge every 3 months.

Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?

Capacity is dependent on the discharge current. A lower discharge current (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Amp-hours than a high discharge current (like a 2-hr rate).
