A plano-concave lens radiates light and has a negative focal length, with one side being flat and the other concave. Commonly used for beam expansion, projection and expanding the focal length of optical systems.
We provide uncoated and AR-coated plano-concave lenses. AR coating options include UV, VIS, NIR, and SWIR. Germanium, silicon or zinc selenide substrates are suitable for infrared applications, and fused silica is suitable for ultraviolet applications.
